Are you ready to take the next step in your sales career? Join our dynamic Trade Solutions Team as a Phone-Based Account Representative , where you'll play a key role in growing our commercial customer base through proactive engagement and relationship building.

The role will be servicing Auckland and surrounding areas.

What's involved:

• To support customer satisfaction and sales growth by ensuring end to end servicing of customer accounts over the phone, via digital channels
• To seek, develop and establish business within dedicated segments and account base
• Build strong relationships with decision makers via initial cold or warm call
• To support stores sales & refer sales to other sales teams
• Ensure technical needs, specifications and quote timelines are delivered to the customers satisfaction
• Keep internal management teams updated of sales activities and forecasts
• Achievement of sales targets and adherence to all KPIs

Who we are looking for:

• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with new customers
• Proven success in a sales role
• Professional, engaging telephone manner
• Strong customer focus and ability to build rapport
• Tenacious, positive attitude and results driven
• Strong CRM skills
• Having an empathetic and methodical sales approach to identify and understand a customer's needs
• Demonstrate integrity, respect, and teamwork in everything you do
