About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Co-Ordinator to support the national sales team at the Head Office in Oamaru, Otago. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales efforts and ensuring the smooth running of the sales processes. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be key as you liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract finalisation
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs, address their queries and ensure a positive customer experience
- Support the onboarding and training of new sales staff
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in using sales and marketing software, such as CRM systems and presentation tools
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
