Finance Graduate

As part of our Shared Services Graduate Programme, you'll gain real-world accounting experience while contributing to projects that shape New Zealand's communities. You'll be supported by experienced finance professionals, get exposure across different areas of the business, and develop the technical and commercial skills that will set you up for a long-term career.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Supporting month-end and year-end accounting processes
• Working with project teams to understand financial performance
• Helping improve systems and processes for better efficiency and insight

Learning from experienced mentors and gaining exposure across the wider finance and operations teams

What We're Looking For

• A recent or soon to be Graduate, with a major in Accounting
• A genuine interest in the construction or infrastructure industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Motivation to learn, grow, and make a real difference
