Job description:

In New Zealand, DKSH Services works in partnership with Ferrero Australia and has developed a strong track record successfully marketing beloved confectionery brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Tic Tac, Kinder Surprise and Nutella.

Reporting to the National Business Manager, we are seeking a strong administrator to join our team on a contract basis until April 2027. Initially the role will be based in our Rosedale office and then there will be an office move to Ellerslie early next year.

You will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support to our Field and Key Account teams. This position involves managing and maintaining databases and systems, handling month-end reporting, merchandiser payroll, loading invoices and general administration.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls from field staff and stores
  • Maintain accurate call cycles in the system
  • Purchase and coordinate consumable items (e.g., uniforms, stationery)
  • Provide administrative office support to the wider team
  • Manage office activities, including arranging meetings, events, and couriers
  • Actively participate in internal planning sessions and team meetings

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

Essential:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Expertise in MS Suite with strong Excel skills & the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication
