Learning Consultant, 6-month fixed-term role

About the opportunity

We are growing, and we are on the lookout for an exceptional learning consultant to join our team on a 6-month project. If you are a creative, tech-savvy instructional designer who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments, this is your chance to make a real impact.

In this role, you will partner closely with our clients to design meaningful, engaging learning experiences, from capturing knowledge with subject matter experts to storyboarding, developing, and delivering high-quality digital learning. You will be confident in navigating shifting priorities, managing ambiguity, and producing results at pace, without compromising on quality.

About you

You are a driven learning professional with a strong foundation in adult learning principles and instructional design. You bring proven experience in storyboarding and developing eLearning using Articulate Rise and Storyline, with a talent for transforming complex content into clear, engaging, and effective learning experiences.

As a Learning Consultant, you are passionate about the human experience in learning and skilled in applying game-based learning principles across both blended learning solutions and in-person formats. You are confident in reviewing and refining existing content, as well as creating new learning artefacts that ensure consistency, clarity, and impact. You work effectively both independently and in cross-functional teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders and subject-matter experts.

You're adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrive in dynamic environments where priorities shift and high standards are expected. Experience in ERP transformation programmes is an advantage, as is a passion for behaviour change, gamification, and emerging learning technologies.
