Beverage Development Technologist

The Pride is home to some of Aotearoa's most iconic drinks, and we're on the lookout for a passionate Beverage Development Technologist to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract supporting value engineering and innovation across our portfolio.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the drinks of tomorrow and make a real impact across our diverse beverage portfolio.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Deliver value engineering across our beverage range
• Get stuck into innovation – supporting beverage creation across our Brand Partners and Co-manufacturing customers
• Partner with Marketing to turn insights and ideas into commercially ready products
• Shape new product launches with technical risk assessments, specs, recipes and regulatory checks
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and external co-manufacturers to deliver innovations
• Maintain our pilot plant and support specialist product troubleshooting
• Champion continuous improvement in our Beverage Development processes

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience developing beverages (and a love for it)
• Solid understanding of beverage trends, suppliers and regulatory requirements
• Strong technical capability and learning agility
• Experience in RTD, NARTD or Spirits
• Solid analytical and process improvement skills
• Ability to influence and work confidently across functions
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills
