Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

• Supervise and mentor workshop staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Ensure exceptional customer service through effective communication with customers and suppliers.

• Source parts, prepare quotes, and manage inventory to meet workshop needs.

• Maintain accurate records of jobs and uphold health and safety standards within the workshop.

Work Hours:

• Full-time position: 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven mechanical experience with strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude to engage effectively with customers and suppliers.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.

• Competent computer skills for record-keeping and job management.

• 5+ years in the automotive industry in a managerial role.

• Automotive qualification advantageous but not essential; we value wealth of experience and knowledge as a senior mechanic.

• WOF certification advantageous for the role.
