Are you a budding class 4 truck driver with passion and drive to take your career to the next level?

Looking for Class 4 Drivers to be part of a busy and energetic team, delivering goods all throughout NZ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and verify delivery instructions
  • Assisting with loading to ensure goods are arranged for ease of delivery and safely secured to avoid damage
  • Verifying loading documents
  • Arranging and performing unloading of goods and obtaining confirmation of deliveries
  • Reporting vehicle maintenance needs
  • Comply with driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
  • Confidently manoeuvre truck into loading or unloading positions
  • Report defects, accidents or violations
  • Follow Health and safety regulations
  • Local and intercity deliveries (may require over-night driving/deliveries for long-haul trucking)

Job Requirements

  • Class 4 licence
  • Dangerous Goods (D) endorsement
  • (F) endorsement
  • Able to drive manual transmission
  • Great level of communication
  • Clean driver licence
  • Confident in using smart devices and technology embedded in work
  • MOJ case by case - no driving related or violent crime
  • Minimum 1 year experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
