The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven
Retail Territory Manager (RTM)
to join our Retail Field team in
Auckland
.

In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our products are always on shelf, building strong relationships with our Retail partners, and driving growth across your territory.

This is a hands-on, dynamic role for someone ready to make an impact and grow their career in FMCG.

What you will do

  • Execute the Field Plan within your territory, ensuring product compliance, visibility, and availability across Retail stores.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers, store management, and the wider GF team.
  • Drive growth through discretionary activity, non-core ranging opportunities, and promotional initiatives.
  • Manage in-store ordering, returns, and reporting using Salesforce and other systems.
  • Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and provide insights to support Retail strategy.
  • Champion health, safety, and wellbeing in-store and within your team.

What you will bring

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG or a related field, with strong commercial acumen.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, retail operations, and customer needs.
  • Computer literacy with Salesforce, Power BI, and other business tools.
  • Current driver's license (restricted or full) and a customer-focused mindset.
