About the role

Become the Drainage Lead for All Drains in Penrose, Auckland. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the drainage services team and ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standard. This is a key position that will have a significant impact on the success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Lead and manage a team of experienced drainage technicians
  2. Oversee all drainage installation, maintenance and repair projects on the wastewater network.
  3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team and other stakeholders.
  4. Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional customer service
  5. Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and safety standards
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of drainage services and processes
  7. Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reporting

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a drainage lead or manager in the trades and services industry
  2. Comprehensive knowledge of the wastewater network and private system.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
  4. Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  5. Preferably hold a class 2 or class 4 license.
  6. Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  7. Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
