As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll be the mastermind behind keeping our cabins, facilities, and guest areas looking spotless and welcoming. You'll lead an awesome team, make sure everything runs like clockwork, and take pride in creating the kind of "wow" moments that make guests want to come back again and again.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Supervise, train, and support the housekeeping team to maintain high-quality cleaning standards across all units and communal areas.
• Plan daily work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Conduct regular room and facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards are met.
• Lead by example, fostering a positive team culture and strong work ethic.

Operational Duties

• Ensure all guest rooms, facilities, and public areas are cleaned to company standards and ready for occupancy.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities, and place orders as required.
• Report maintenance or repair needs promptly to the Maintenance Team.
• Manage lost and found items according to policy.

Training & Development

• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Support continuous improvement through team feedback and process refinement.

Communication & Reporting

• Liaise with Reception and Maintenance teams to coordinate room readiness and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain clear and accurate housekeeping records, checklists, and reports.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding team performance, stock levels, and operational needs.

We're looking for someone with a minimum of two years' experience in housekeeping or a supervisory role, who brings excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude to the team.
