The Legal Team are looking for a receptionist to join our friendly team in our boutique modern office in Silverdale.
The available role is for a full time receptionist 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. This is an entry level position.
The position is commencing in mid December 2025 when our current receptionist is looking to relocate out of Auckland.
To be considered for this role you must be enthusiastic and have a friendly and engaging manner which will enable you to support our team and create a great impression as our first point of contact for clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Client Service
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a professional and welcoming first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails efficiently.
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are presentable for clients.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and document deliveries.
- Uphold the firm's professional standards at all times.
Office Administration & Stock Control
- Order and maintain office supplies, stationery, and kitchen stock.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers (cleaners, IT, maintenance, etc.).
- Monitor and restock refreshments for client areas and the staff kitchen.
- Maintain general office tidiness, ensuring the reception, meeting rooms, and shared spaces are clean and organised.
- Support administrative tasks such as document scanning, filing, and data entry.
Deeds & Record Management
- Maintain the firm's system for storing and managing legal deeds, wills, and other important client documents.
- Accurately log, retrieve, and archive deeds in accordance with firm policies.
- Ensure physical and digital deed registers are up to date and compliant with confidentiality and retention requirements.
Skills & Attributes
- Warm, professional communication style with strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Reliable, proactive, and takes pride in maintaining a well-presented environment.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
- Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment (preferred but not essential).
