This is a casual position working as needed

We are seeking a medical receptionist for casual work to cover sick leave and annual leave. The fit is important to join our friendly team in the heart of Grey Lynn.

The receptionist's main purpose is to provide a welcoming face for the organisation and provide excellent customer care to our patients and their family.

Position Overview:

Receptionist role reporting to the Reception Team Lead, responsible for a variety of tasks including patient greetings, check-ins, phone handling, appointment scheduling, invoicing, clerical duties, and cash handling in a bustling environment.

Your Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, and experience in administration tasks
  • Medtech Evolution experience a must
  • Intermediate level computer skills
