Principal Advisor

Wellington-based | Permanent, Full-time role

The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) is seeking an experienced professional to join our Corporate team. This role will provide advice and support on organisation development priorities and contribute to initiatives that strengthen leadership, capability, and organisational culture across DPMC.

Applicants should have a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience, with a background in organisation development, leadership, or related areas. Strong relationship-building, communication, and project management skills are required, along with an understanding of government operations. This position may require the ability to obtain a national security clearance.
