What You'll Do

  • Facilitate Monthly Advisory Boards: Guide carefully selected groups of local business owners from non-competing industries
  • Provide One-to-One Executive Coaching: Help leaders overcome conflict, stress, and roadblocks while developing leadership skills
  • Deliver Strategic Planning Tools: Use our proven Business Builder's Blueprint
  • Lead StratPro Workshops: Facilitate our Leadership Transformation Program focused on Execution and Accountability
  • Deliver Hi-Map Programmes: Guide Leadership and Management development programmes

  • Proven leadership background with business acumen (no coaching experience required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
