As Project Manager for Party & Mandates, you'll join a purpose-led team that define and rollout services that are secure, inclusive and designed around driving customer and business value. As Project Manager for the Party & Mandates workstream, you'll support the teams that deliver secure, rules-based services for payment authorisation and permissions, by owning detailed project plans, milestones and dependencies, and working closely with Technical & Experience teams, Core Workstreams and other programmes to drive collaboration. You'll identify and resolve delivery challenges early, champion governance within the Core Programme's framework, oversee technical delivery involving complex data models and API-led services, and foster continuous improvement and agile ways of working.

- Strong project management expertise in large-scale transformation programmes
- Proven experience driving projects with complex data structures or API-driven services
- Familiarity with enterprise data products, governance, mandates and permissions
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and problem-solve in dynamic environments
- Experience delivering outcomes using Agile practices and creating a culture of collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries
- Project management certifications (PMP, SAFe, PRINCE2)
- Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or similar).
