Administrator | Kaiwhakarite for the Primary Mental Health Service | Rongoā KōreroreroMonday to Friday - 40 hours per week.

Providing professional and efficient front line service welcoming our clients and supporting our Mental Health team in administration functions; including:

• Provide administrative support for our Mental Health Leadership Team
• Maintaining Mental Health Patient Management System and records
• Taking minutes and complete general office administration work

• Previous administrative experience
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a team environment.
• Be able to quickly learn new systems, processes and procedures
• Be highly motivated, reliable, and display initiative and innovation
• Prioritisation, attention to detail and time management skills
