Advisors
to support a large, high-impact

This role is
not about facilitation
. The focus is firmly on
instructional design and digital content creation
.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing digital learning content using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
  • Creating engaging visuals and multimedia using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Turning complex processes into simple, effective learning experiences
  • Working closely with subject matter experts on storyboards and prototypes
  • Managing multiple content pieces while balancing quality and deadlines

What we're looking for

  • Strong experience in instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Hands-on capability with eLearning authoring tools
  • Confident written, visual, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience developing digital learning at scale
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in L&D, training, or education

The details

  • Fixed-term role (ending between Sept-Nov 2026)
  • Wellington based
  • Immediate start

This is a chance to work on a meaningful, time-bound programme where well-designed learning really matters.

Desired Skills and Experience
We're looking for someone who enjoys the design side of learning, not delivery.

You'll bring experience in:

* Instructional design and adult learning principles

* Designing and developing digital learning content

* eLearning development using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) or similar tools

* Creating storyboards, scripts, and learning prototypes

* Translating complex processes into clear, engaging learning experiences

* Visual and multimedia content creation

* Working with subject matter experts and stakeholders

* Managing multiple content development projects

Technical skills we're keen on:

* Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise)

* Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

* LMS environments and SCORM-based content

* Digital accessibility and usability considerations

Experience that will help you succeed:

* Background in instructional design, learning & development, training, or education

* Experience developing learning at scale for diverse audiences

* Strong written, visual, and stakeholder communication skills

* Ability to balance quality, deadlines, and changing priorities
