We have a variety of site and factory-based jobs available in Christchurch.  

We are working with a range of residential/ commercial building companies and building manufacturers who need skilled labourers, hammer hands & trade qualified carpenters to fill temporary and on-going temp to perm roles.

Starting Pay rates: $27.00 to $35.00 

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 12 months hammer hand/ carpentry related experience
  • Confident with power tools and hand tools
  • Good health & safety awareness
  • Confident with using a nail gun
  • Confident in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well in a team with good communication skills
  • Restricted or full licence and own reliable transport
  • Be physically fit & able, due to the nature of the job
  • Good level of English
  • 2 contactable work-related reference

Beneficial:

  • Own basic hand tools
  • Good level of ability with assembly and construction related tasks
  • Able to read plans and technical drawings
