Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced TEMPLATE WS Keyholder 3IC to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. As the third in command, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store management team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Supervise and mentor sales associates, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained throughout the store
  • Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records
  • Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to maximise sales
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment
  • Support loss prevention efforts and maintain store security protocols
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Participate in staff training and development initiatives

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Proficiency in operating retail POS systems and cash handling procedures
  • Solid understanding of visual merchandising techniques and inventory management
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of retail operations, best practices, and loss prevention techniques
  • Retail-related qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not essential
