Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

You will assist the GM of Hospitality in establishing and maintaining the Customised Food Safety Control Plan (CFSCP) for SKYCITY Auckland and NZICC.

SkyCity's Food Safety and Compliance Officer plays a critical role in ensuring that food produced across our kitchens and outlets are safe for our guests. Key responsibilities involve inspecting food production facilities and procedures to ensure that all CFSCP standards are being followed by the F&B department.

Mōu | About You

To be successful in the role you must be highly organised in prioritising a number of duties to meet deadlines effectively. Attention to detail is important to ensure all regulations are met when investigating issues or reviewing operational procedures. You will also require:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Effective relationship management abilities

  • Confident in leading food safety meetings

  • Sound knowledge of Food Safety, Health & Safety and Employment Relations legislation requirements such as Food Act 2014, SCEG risk management, Food Allergen Matrix, HACCP updates and more
