Role Summary:

We're seeking a motivated and experienced joiner who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working on creative, functional outdoor projects.

You'll be part of a collaborative team, using modern tools and techniques to produce durable and visually appealing furniture and playground structures.

This role suits someone with 2–3 years of experience in cabinetry or furniture making, who is confident operating machinery and interpreting technical drawings.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Construct and assemble playground equipment and outdoor furniture with precision.
  • Operate joinery machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Perform routering tasks to shape and finish furniture components.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project specifications.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship in all work.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficiency in machine operation and routering techniques.
  • Experience in kitchen cabinetry or similar joinery work.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
