Do you have the passion to manage the day to day hotel reception and daily operations of hotel and most importantly the Guest experience.

Quest Henderson Apartment Hotel is a leading hotel in West Auckland and within the Quest Network in New Zealand. Consistently producing results in the top 20%. The hotel has recently invested in new technologies for Locks, Security, Internet, Entertainment systems and Air Quality & Safety systems. This means that you will be working with 'a product' that will soon be 'best in its class'. 2025 is going to continue to be another brilliant year for the hotel and the team working within it. You will be working in a small team with regular hours ranging from shifts on weekdays and weekends.

You will be lead and mentored by staff with over 25yrs experience in Travel, Tourism & Accommodation. You will get to learn and experience all aspects of the Hotel business as you develop within the team.

Initial and ongoing support will come from the Quest Education program; from the induction into the Quest Hotel operations through to nationally recognised qualifications in the Accommodation Industry eg Level, 3, 4 & 5 Certificates.
