As a subsidiary of the OCS Group, we specialise in delivering top-tier Service and Maintenance, design, construction, and installation services within the HVAC division. With a strong reputation for excellence and more than two decades of experience, our expert team of designers, engineers, installers, and technicians is dedicated to offering comprehensive solutions in project management, design, construction, installation, refurbishment, and ongoing preventative maintenance and on-call services.

**The primary responsibilities for the role includes**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC market.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of HVAC solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and delivery.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

**To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience**:

- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the HVAC industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and meet customer needs effectively.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and goal achievement.

**Additional Requirements**:
