Join our rapidly expanding enterprise specializing in traffic management services throughout New Zealand. We are currently recruiting five individuals to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.

We are in search of a dedicated Laborer with strong communication skills. While prior hands-on experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided by our seasoned in-house team. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who is eager to acquire a diverse set of skills.
- Physical fitness, as the role involves some heavy lifting of items such as cones and signs.
- Ability to follow written and spoken instructions.
- Strong team working skills and a commitment to effective reporting.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Willingness to learn through on-the-job training.
- Capacity to work with mínimal supervision while being receptive to close guidance.

Key behavioral skills we are looking for include effective planning and organization, time management, proactivity, flexibility, and problem resolution.

This is a full-time position with a minimum commitment of 40-hour per week. The hourly pay range for this role is from $25 to $31, and benefits include a guaranteed workflow in a thriving business, along with standard benefits such as KiwiSaver and sick pay. Quick promotions will be offered as qualifications advance.
