Are you ready to advance your career in the dynamic field of IT support? Abano healthcare, is seeking a motivated and proactive L2 Support Engineer to join our dedicated trans-tasman team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving service requests and incidents, ensuring seamless IT service delivery across our Brands

As a L2 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and resolving service requests and incidents in a timely manner. Reporting to the IT Manager, you'll guide users on troubleshooting across various platforms and technologies, ensuring a seamless IT service is provided to the entire Abano Healthcare Group business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly, professional, and timely support to users on hardware, software, and other digital equipment.
- Respond to user level equipment failures and be a point of escalation for technology issues within the organisation.
- Ensure assets, operations, and procedures are followed and well-documented to maintain operational excellence.
- Maintain a high level of cyber security awareness and assist in educating staff to make secure choices in their digital operations.

**Qualifications**
- Experience working within ITIL framework (desired).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a L2 Support Engineer.
- IT certification in Computer Systems or equivalent work experience.
- Strong customer focus and exceptional communication skills.
- Technical competency within IT systems and frameworks.
- A technical, logical thought process with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stick to strict deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.
