Caregiver

That’s why we are seeking like-minded **Caregivers**to join our **Bupa Willowbank Care Home** located in Napier, Hawke's Bay, helping us rise to the challenges of enriching the lives of society’s most vulnerable.

**We have three roles available**:

- ** Permanent, part time role: total of 189 hours over a 6-week roster** cycle (average 31.5 hours per week). You will work a **mix of AM and PM shifts**(7am - 3pm and 3pm - 9.30pm) from Monday - Sunday on a 4 days on, 2 days off pattern.
- ** Permanent, part time role: total 56 hours over a 6-week roster**cycle (average 9.3 hours per week). You will work a **mix of AM and PM shifts**(7am - 11am) from Monday - Sunday.
- ** Fixed term, full time**: This is to cover parental leave until November **:total 224 hours over a 6-week roster cycle (average 37.3 hours per week).**You will work** AM shifts only**(11AM-7PM)from Monday - Sunday on a 4 days on, 2 days off pattern.

As a Caregiver at Bupa, you will work under the guidance and supervision of qualified nursing staff and management, to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. You will be encouraged to develop deeper relationships with residents and their families, delivering the highest quality person first care to residents in line with their individual care plan.

**Where You Will Make an Impact**
- Provide personal care assistance with daily living, whilst treating residents with respect and dignity.
- Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans.
- Maintain accurate health care documentation as required.
- Encourage all residents to participate in scheduled social activities.
- Contribute to the development of a positive, safe, home environment for residents, visitors, and the wider team.

**What About You**
- An NZQA Health and Wellbeing Certificate Level 2-4 is preferred.
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 year of experience within aged care.
- Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm, dedication to care, and passion for enriching the lives of the elderly.
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
