Based on Auckland’s North Shore and reporting to the Order Management Manager, you will focus on ensuring the database of active orders is accurate and up to date and be a key point of contact for customer, reseller, and end users. Utilising your customer service experience, keen eye for detail and numerical ability, you will meet key business objectives and outcomes.

**About the role**:

- Responsible for accurate and complete complex Order Processing
- Develop process and vendor knowledge across various brands
- ETA Management
- Billing Management for direct shipped orders
- Liaising with internal and external customers

**About You**:

- An exceptional customer service approach
- Some level of SAP experience is desirable
- Ability to converse and build rapport with all levels of customers
- A proficient ability to communicate in all forms
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving ability
- Computer Skills and experience using Excel, Word, and Outlook
- A willingness to learn and a desire to advance your IT knowledge
