**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth, customer-oriented, and efficient workplace.
- Develop and implement both short
- and long-term operational plans to achieve sales objectives, address seasonal needs, and support overall business performance.
- Monitor inventory levels through regular stock checks and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain strong relationships with current suppliers while identifying and engaging new vendors to improve product selection and quality.
- Allocate duties among team members, monitor their performance, and ensure consistent service standards and productivity.
- Handle staff recruitment, induction, and training to foster a competent and well
- coordinated team.
- Uphold high standards of store presentation, hygiene, and customer service by ensuring staff adhere to appearance and conduct expectations.
- Plan and organize merchandise displays and promotional activities to attract customers and increase sales.
- Supervise the receipt, handling, and dispatch of stock while ensuring accurate inventory documentation.
- Manage store finances, including sales tracking, wage control, and budget monitoring to maintain profitability and appropriate stock levels.
- Identify and address operational challenges, using business insights to improve efficiency and explore growth opportunities.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance employee capabilities and morale.
- Foster a positive and motivated workplace culture through recognition, teamwork, and performance-based rewards.
- Lead by example and contribute directly to achieving the store’s overall goals and success.

Required to work for a minimum of **30 hours per week** and you will be paid between **$27 to $34 per hour** based on your skills and experience.

**Requirements for the Role**:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proven leadership abilities with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Willingness and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour
