Reporting to the Train Service Manager, the Wiri Control Supervisor will be responsible for safe operation of the LOPs (Locally Operated Points) system to control movements within the Wiri Electric Train Depot.

This role is primarily focused on service delivery within the Wiri depot and stabling facility, monitor the train crew book on, and the Safe Signalling of train movements in accordance with the locally operated points and signalling processes.

**Please note you must be available to work a 24/7 roster including weekends and public holidays.**

**About you**
- Ability to effectively manage and engage with internal, and external stakeholders
- Computer proficiency - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work autonomously and multi-task
- First aid trained or ability to obtain
- Ability to work within a small team and dependable
- Experience with incident management is preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude, with the ability to diagnose and rectify yard faults
- Ability to provide clear and precise instructions and able to communicate information effectively
- Hold and maintain a current, full drivers licence
- Ability to meet and maintain Medical standards to Safety Critical Level 2
- Experience with working towards, and meeting performance targets
- Control room experience preferred.
