**About The Doctors Greenmeadows**
Permanent Full Time Position working on 40 hours per week between Monday to Friday.
Located on the East Coast in beautiful sunny Hawkes Bay, The Doctors Greenmeadows is a thriving busy practice with a young and friendly team. Our practice is spread across four sites: The Doctors Napier, The Doctors Greenmeadows, The Doctors Ahuririand The EIT Health Centre. If you have a preference for the hustle and bustle of a busy, downtown practice or the quiet pace of a family focused, small practice, we are sure to be able to have something that suits.
In addition to the full range of primary care provided in our Napier site, we offer several additional services, including Functional medicine, naturopathy, acute care, X-ray and nurse clinics.
**Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Working with the Medical Centre Leadership team to lead and support all practice staff
- Continuous Quality Improvement and Risk Management. Being familiar with legislation and ensuring that the centre is legally compliant.
- Financial Management
- Human Resources: conduct interviews, oversee recruitment, complete appropriate weekly reports, ensure personnel files are up to date.
- Maintain key internal and external relationships, to ensure a harmonious and professional working environment.
**You will bring to the role**:
- Prior experience in Practice Management in a GP practice desirable.
- Previous primary care management or administration experience.
- Understanding of Cornerstone Accreditation and Quality improvement experience
- Understanding of primary care funding mechanisms.
- Financial management and/or accounting skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Resilience and ability to problem solve
- Be honest, reliable and self motivated.
- Be able to work independently and in a team to meet goals and deadlines.
- Ability to delegate and direct others in a positive and sensitive way.
