We are currently looking for a seasoned experienced Heavy Diesel technician who is keen to step up into an entry level people management role and join our well-established team based at our Palmerston North branch.

You'll be focused on day-to-day management of a team of number Diesel Technicians and Apprentices ensuring they are productive; meeting deadlines and our customers are satisfied. You will be used to rolling your sleeves up and getting your hands dirty and will feel right at home in a busy environment.

**What are we looking for?**
- Experienced Heavy Diesel Technician in Road Transport industry.
- Keen to grow your people leadership and mentoring skills to the next level.
- Someone with a can-do attitude who can jump in and do as well as lead.
- Preferably you'll have a Class 5 license, but we can help you get this if needed.
- Someone that is keen to grow their career and become our next Branch Manager & beyond.
