We're looking for someone with:
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment either agency or in-house is preferable- Experience with proactive talent sourcing using various channels and talent pooling- A track record of success when it comes to collaborating and working alongside internal and external customers and partners and placing the right people into the right roles- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong technical skills and quick learner with new systems and processes- Ability to adapt and manage shifting workloads and priorities- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously- Construction or civil recruitment experience is desirable
