Automotive Reconditioning Associate

The Automotive Reconditioning Associate is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are in optimal condition before being presented for sale or delivery to a customer. This role is critical in maintaining the companys reputation for selling top-quality vehicles.

***Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Inspection and Assessment**: Examine vehicles to determine the extent of repair, detailing, or refurbishment needed.

2. **Detailing**: Perform thorough cleaning, buffing, and polishing of vehicle interiors and exteriors.

3. **Minor Repairs**: Address minor cosmetic repairs, such as paint touch-ups, dent removal, and wheel refinishing.

4. **Quality Control**: Ensure that all vehicles meet company standards for appearance and safety.

5. **Documentation**: Maintain records of all reconditioning work completed.

6. **Tools and Equipment Maintenance**: Regularly clean and maintain all tools and equipment used in the reconditioning process.

7. **Coordination**: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and service, to ensure timely completion of reconditioned vehicles.

8. **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with the latest automotive detailing and reconditioning techniques and technologies.

1. Any qualification in Automotive Reconditioning Associate OR three years relevant experience.

2. Familiarity with car repairs and maintenance.

3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as a valuable member of a team.

5. Good hand-eye coordination and precision skills.
