Our centre is now 2 years old and provides many adventures and discoveries for children and staff, providing a culture of respect, kindness and consistency focusing on working in a collaborative environment.

We are looking for a passionate **Centre Cook **with experience, our new cook will be hard-working, organised, creative, and passionate about food with great taste buds. You will be able to work in a busy environment, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a team player, and be able to work unsupervised.

This is a sought-after permanent position working 25 hours per week Monday to Friday.
- A passion for providing delicious and nutritious meals for children
- Sound understanding of nutrition and health
- Knowledge around healthy heart menus
- Experience in creating a healthy, fresh and vibrant menu and in providing for children who may have dietary/cultural/religious needs and preferences
- Experience cooking for large groups and having a food handling or safety certificate is advantageous
- Knowledge around health and safety in the kitchen, set high standards of hygiene and housekeeping
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have efficient time management skills.
