We are looking for a motivated person to join our team. We work hard as a team, where getting to know your colleagues and having fun on the way is all part of the role.
As a Processing Officer, you are critical in ensuring our customers' Mail and Parcels are sorted, processed and dispatched correctly to be delivered on time. This role is based in our Whakatane Centre at 143A Commerce Street.

**In this dynamic role, you will**:

- Handle and sort parcels in a careful and professional manner
- Liaise with various internal contacts to solve problems and escalate where required
- This is a job where you really contribute to our business and our customers experience. From a supportive team environment, to training & development opportunities we can really deliver you a great career

**Shift available**:
**Monday**: 04.00am - 07.30am and 3.30pm - 5.30pm

**Tuesday and Wednesday**: 03.30am - 07.30am and 3.30pm - 5.30pm

**Thursday to Saturday**: 03.30am - 07.30am
Some of the key things you'll need to successfully perform this role are:

- Be ready for a very physically demanding role (lifting up to 25KG)
- Reliable transport to get to and from work
- Be a natural team player that enjoys working as a team to put our customers first
- Be accurate with an eye for detail
- Have good geographical knowledge of Tauranga and New Zealand (ideal)
- Be reliable and able to get to work on time
