Hillcrest High School is also seeking to employ a suitably qualified/experienced Cricket Coach to contribute to the development and implementation of cricket coaching programmes at the school. This is a paid, part-time (independent contractor) position which will begin on 3 February 2025 and go through until the end of Term 1 2025.

The coach will be expected to coach a team for two sessions a week and take the team for their game either on Wednesday afternoon or Saturday morning. Specific experience in batting, bowling and/or fielding is required, as well as general cricket knowledge and coaching ability.

Primary objectives:

- Responsible for the delivery of quality coaching within the cricket programme.
- Design and run team training 2 x per week in season and take the team for their game.
- Ensure each player has a clear role to play within selection for each game.

Applicants will need to be Police Vetted and approved by the school.
