**About the Role**:
As the Retail Operations Administrator, you'll play a key role in providing operational and administrative support across ANZ retail, outlet, and Myer stores. You will also work closely with the retail leadership team to ensure goals are achieved by delivering operational excellence for Bendon's sales channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Continuously improve, develop and implement processes to allow the sales teams to work smarter and efficiently.
- Deliver operational standards for store openings, closings, and relocations.
- Work closely with the Country Managers and Health and Safety Manager on compliance for both NZ and AU sales teams.
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the General Manager Sales.
- Provide stocktake support.
- Own administration for Myer concession relationship.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in an operations and administrative role.
- Ability to build and maintain processes.
- Passionate about retail and experience working in a retail business with fast pace and multi-tasking.
- Supremely organised and efficient.
- An ability to build rapport quickly and establish effective working relationships.
- Proficiency in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and similar tools
