**Client Management Team activities involve variety of responsibilities, including**:

- Supporting iplanit client management and project delivery activities
- Analysis and documentation of client business needs
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Support existing clients in best practice use of the system and training.
- Support iplanit business development activities such as web briefings, demonstrations, proposals and industry events.
- Provide feedback to the Aspirico support, product development and marketing teams regarding the needs of Australian and New Zealand market/clients.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel
- Relevant experience in the social care sector and if in Australia, an understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
- Strong business analysis and project management skills
- A creative approach to problem solving and issue resolution.
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the job.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to job responsibilities
- An interest in innovation/technology and familiarity with MS Office
- Previous experience in managing client relationships.
- A quick learner with very good verbal and written communication skills.
- A self-starter, with ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
- Ambitious for personal growth and learning through new experience
- Enjoy the challenge of building on a new and exciting business.
- Have a “do whatever it takes” mindset and flexibility.
- Comfort with occasional travel nationally/internationally where needed.

**Role benefits and induction**

A competitive remuneration and benefits package will apply. A detailed role induction programme and training will be provided. Your normal place of work will be at your home office or travel to client premises. The role may, on occasion require flexible hours for (internal) international company calls.
