**The role will include, but not limited to**:

- Prepare a variety of Japanese dishes such as sushi, sashimi, ramen, and tempura following traditional techniques and recipes.
- Ensure precise ingredient preparation by cleaning, cutting, and handling fish, meats, and vegetables skillfully.
- Maintain food quality and consistency by adhering to recipe guidelines and presentation standards.
- Follow food safety and hygiene practices to keep the kitchen clean and compliant with health regulations.
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory by tracking ingredient levels and assisting with stock organization.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient food service operations.
- Handle knives and kitchen equipment safely while keeping tools clean and in proper working condition.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and contribute creative ideas for new menu items when appropriate.
- Other duties maybe reasonable required by the business representative

**Job pre-requisites**:

- At least 2 years of cooking experience
- Relevant cookery qualifications are preferable but not a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to details and a hard-working attitude.
- A Reliable, friendly and professional manner
- Have a strong focus on food hygiene and cleanliness.
