Are you an experienced senior policy advisor with a proven track record in delivering legislative change?

We are seeking senior policy advisors (permanent and fixed term). Senior Policy Advisors lead programmes of work, coach more junior staff and are supported by our Principal Advisors. These roles require a strong policy skill set, preferably with an emphasis on regulatory policy.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in:

- analysing complex policy issues and providing clear advice
- strong relationship management with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- prioritising, planning and delivering on multiple workstreams
- excellent communication, including being able to clearly and simply explain complex information for Ministers and other audiences
- coaching and mentoring.

**Utu ā-tau/Salary**

The appointing salary for this role will be between $110,766 to $143,388 based on skills and experience.
