Our team is currently looking for passionate and ambitious **Site Engineers** to join us in delivering industry leading projects. We want engineering professionals who are ambitious and seeking to grow and develop within an agile Tier 2 contractor. In our engineering team you will be empowered to build on your career through exposure to emerging best practice within diverse and exciting civil projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with compiling construction execution plans
- Conduct on site investigations and analyse data (maps, reports, tests, drawings etc)
- Daily interface on site between the client’s representatives and the business
- Support supply chain and subcontractor related to construction delivery
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
- Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Hand over the resulting structures and services for use
- Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
- Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits and safety documentation
- Create and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

**Required Attributes**
- Proven working experience in civil engineering manging sizeable and complex projects
- Experience with Tier 1 Major Project Systems
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
- Well developed technical engineering skills related to methodology and schedule
- Extensive project management and supervision skills
- Strong commercial ability in construction
- Strong cost management skills
- Proven technical experience in Delivery - Survey, Temporary Works, Permit to Work - Lifting, Excavation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- **Degree in Civil Engineering**
