**Your Role**:
As our Warehouse and Logistics Manager, you will lead the direction of our bustling Highbrook site, a hive of activity that houses our end-to-end secure logistics services, from storage to distribution to destruction. Highbrook is home to Stocka, our 3PL order-fulfilment business unit, and a rapidly growing segment of our business. You will primarily focus on this evolving site, driving strategy and operations to optimize and expand potential across its various service areas.

You will develop and implement operational plans that align with company objectives, ensuring efficient and secure storage, accurate order fulfilment, and overall operational excellence. Financial management, including budget oversight and profitability enhancement, will be crucial, as will maintaining control over customer charging and reconciliation processes. Your leadership will be key in optimizing staff deployment and skill development, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships is essential to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction. You will lead transformative strategies that elevate our site’s operations, ensuring our culture is thriving and our team is well-supported. By fostering a collaborative environment, you will identify synergies that drive strategic growth and innovation. **What We're Looking For**:
