We are looking for Painters with at least three years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Erecting scaffolding and ladders, and placing drop sheets to protect

adjacent areas from paint splattering.
- Preparing surfaces by removing old paint and wallpaper, fixing woodwork,

filling holes and cracks, and smoothing and sealing surfaces.
- Selecting and preparing paints to required colours by mixing portions of

pigment, oil, and thinning and drying additives.

- Hanging wallpaper, matching patterns and trimming edges.
- Cleaning equipment and work areas.
- May repair windows and replace glass in wooden and metal frames.
- May lay and repair wall and floor tiles.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Must have at least three years of relevant experience.
- Punctual, reliable, good communication skills and attitude.
- A good understanding of colour.
- Knowledge of paints and wall coverings.
- Skill in painting and decorating techniques.
- Knowledge of health and safety precautions.
- Able to work and communicate well with others.
- Willing to submit background/drug checks and provide employment

recommendations.
- Must have a driver’s license.

This is a full-time permanent role, and the hourly pay rate is $30 to $35. The
work hours are 40 hours minimum to 50 hours maximum per week, and they are
to be worked between Monday and Friday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. You may
be required to work on weekends.
