Key Responsibilities: 1. Menu Development: Collaborate with the restaurant management to create a diverse and authentic South Indian menu, ensuring a balance of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. 2. Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a wide range of South Indian dishes,and north indian Mainly specialised in Dosa items and curries. Ensure the use of traditional ingredients and spices to maintain the authenticity of the cuisine. 3. Recipe Creation: Develop and refine recipes for South Indian dishes, taking into account regional variations and customer preferences. Ensure consistency in taste and quality. 4. Food Presentation: Pay attention to the aesthetic presentation of dishes, using traditional plating techniques to enhance the visual appeal of the cuisine. 5. Kitchen Hygiene and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Ensure that all kitchen staff follow sanitation protocols. 6. Quality Control: Regularly taste and evaluate dishes to maintain high standards of flavor, texture, and presentation. 7. Cost Control: Manage kitchen expenses, including ingredient costs and wastage, to optimize kitchen efficiency while maintaining food quality. 8. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their preferences and receive feedback on South Indian dishes, making necessary adjustments to the menu. Requirements:

- Proven experience as a South Indian and north indian Cook/Chef in a restaurant or hotel.
- Extensive knowledge of South Indian cuisine, including regional variations.
- Proficiency in the use of traditional South Indian spices and cooking techniques.
- Strong culinary creativity and the ability to develop unique South Indian recipes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
