**Job Description**:
We have an awesome opportunity for an experienced **Property & Facilities Manager **to join our **Corporate Solutions** (Occupier Services) team, based in our **Wellington **office.

**The value you'll add**
- Actively participate in lease negotiations and client relationship management
- Participate as part of a team to ensure all performance outcomes and KPIs are met
- Promote and support the strategic direction of the client's property
- Leverage our strong processes, technology, and people to deliver continued consistency of lease management to our client property
- Provide a high level of personalised and professional service to clients and the Contract Director
- Attend to all property and lease management-related enquiries and requests

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of proven property management experience
- Stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with a client and service focus
- Current full driver’s license desirable
- The ability to travel
