Join the DB Draught Brewery team in Timaru and help craft some of New Zealand’s most beloved beer and cider brands. As a Brewing Operator, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality beverages that Kiwis love, while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing:

- Operating and maintaining brewery machinery to top standards
- Ensuring safety, quality, and sustainability are front and centre
- Monitoring product quality and executing production plans
- Championing shop floor excellence through DCS, 5S, CILT, and problem-solving

What you’ll bring:

- Secondary education plus either:

- A Level 4+ qualification in Science, Maintenance, or Engineering, or
- 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG operations or maintenance
- Bonus points for experience in brewing, biotechnology, TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma
