**About the role**

The Older Persons Mental Health (OPMH) Community Team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced registered health professional to be part of the OPMH - Walking in Another - s Shoes - (WiAS) programme. This role involves designing and facilitating dementia-specific education sessions and developing person-centred support for other registered health professionals in aged residential and home-based care. The Dementia Education Facilitator function additionally extends to the wider OPMH service, offering support, advice, care-plan mapping and education to OPMH staff.

**About You**

This is a 0.8 FTE, permanent part-time position, working within Monday - Friday.
