- Assist Baker in forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of bread, rolls and pastry products
- check cleanliness of equipment and operation of premises before production runs to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Assist Baker in checking the quality of raw materials and weighing ingredients
- Assist Baker in kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough and pastry goods
- monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times
- Assist Baker in decorating cakes with cream and icing
- emptying, cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and other cooking equipment
- cleaning kitchens, cake preparation areas and sculleries
- assembling and preparing ingredients for baking

**Relevant work experience required: 1 year**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $22.70 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Shift work
