**About the role**:
The Training Advisor/ Subject Matter Expert covers all training and process documentation requirements for the operational teams including Sales Operations, Finance Operations, Accounts Receivables, Collections and Hardware Recovery.

As part of the role, you will interact with internal departments, our banking partners and customers to develop training content and process documentation and deliver training sessions to staff within the operational teams. You will be responsible for the articles and content within the knowledge management system.

The Training Advisor/Subject Matter Expert role also provides support to the Team Leader Sales Support in day-to-day management of the team.

You will be responsible for all escalations and well as process enhancement across all departments.

You will ensure you are the expert across all departments having an Indepth knowledge of each department to ensure you can provide training, feedback, assistance and support.

**What you'll be required to do**:
**Training**:

- Provide full training for new team and existing staff members
- Provide training in process changes for existing team members
- Provide cross training between the teams
- Maintain process and training documentation to ensure it is valid and up to date

**Process Enhancements**:

- Represent Customer Support teams at SME forums
- Work closely with other teams to ensure process changes don't adversely affect downstream processes
- Consider and respond to any process changes brought in by other teams that will affect the Customer Support teams
- Work with the Customer Support teams to review and improve team processes
- Consistently review existing processes to see how improvements can be made, through either Jupiter changes or process changes
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for Jupiter changes that affect the Customer Support teams
- Be proactive in looking for new and efficient ideas to be implemented across all teams

**People Coaching**:

- Be available for queries from the team regarding processes they are unsure of
- Review Reworks to help the team with any weak spots they have
- When the team have ideas for process improvements, help them refine them to effect the best changes
- Coach and assist staff in all departments to ensure improvements to all staff in areas needed.

**You'll bring the following to be successful in this role**

We are looking for someone with exceptional training and coaching skills, who will be expert in each department: Hardware Recovery, Credit Control, Accounts Receivable and Sales and Finance Operation that can multitask, respond to a variety of priorities, and can develop and implement process improvements. You will also enjoy working in a fast-paced environment in a friendly team environment. You will have the ability to be agile and move between departments on a daily basis. You will also be proactive and be able to be self-managed and work towards each teams' goals alongside the Team Leader and Manager.
